Hello and welcome to our site. Our aim is to highlight the needs of horses, ponies and donkeys throughout the UK. Unfortunately many of these animals do not get the care and attention that they need and deserve. We hope to help by providing this web site to promote all of the sanctuaries, large or small and in doing so improve on the standard of the lives of these four legged friends.

I hope you will add us to your favorites and if you know of and deserving rescue center or sanctuary that needs our help then please take the time to e-mail us.

This web site is completely unfunded; we do not receive charity donations or any other funding. If you would like to help to keep this site going then please use any of the shopping links on the left hand side of this page whenever you shop online. How to help without sending money!

All of these sanctuaries require donations but you can help is other ways. Raising awareness can be of more help than simply sending a few pounds. If you fancy a day out why not visit a rescue center, you could even offer to help out. If you enjoy it then tell others about it, you don't have to become a charity bore, just mention what a nice time you had. If you know of a school news letter let them know about any local rescue centers so that it can be mentioned in the next issue. A school trip will help raise money and educate the children about animal welfare. Please be sure to contact the center before arranging any visits be make sure they can handle larger parties. If there is a village fate then invite the rescue center along. I am sure you can think of more was to raise funds and awareness, raffles, recycling etc. Just make sure you have fun doing it.
